The Assisted Reproductive Technology Solution (ARTS) is the secure system for ART providers to meet regulatory obligations under the Assisted Reproductive Technology Act 2024 and Assisted Reproductive Technology Regulation 2026.
ART providers can use ARTS to:
• Apply for an initial and further Queensland Health ART provider licence
• Submit mandatory notifications, including serious adverse events and other reportable events
• Provide updates on serious adverse events
• Track the status of an application or notification
• View all draft and submitted system forms in one location
• Print PDF versions of key system forms and Queensland Health ART provider licence
ARTS supports compliance with legislative requirements, promotes patient safety, and ensures consistent and transparent regulation of ART services across Queensland.
Access to this system is restricted to authorised users. As an authorised user, you will only be able to view and edit information for the ART provider you are associated with.
